HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER OR WHAT WE STOCK?

Please direct all rants, raves, and questions to Danny at coldsteelusa@gmail.com, where she’ll do her best to get back to you as soon as possible. She is in the studio Sunday - Tuesday and Friday, and typically answers within 2 business days. Danny is an actual person with actual feelings, so please draft your emails accordingly *jazz hands emoji*

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Per California health board regulations (and general health and safety) there are no returns or exchanges* on body jewelry. We really stress getting properly sized by a reputable piercer before ordering to ensure the jewelry fits appropriately. You are also absolutely welcome to contact us via email and we can do our best to determine sizing through clear photos.

*In the case of manufacturing defect, please contact us for refund/exchange eligibility.

CAN YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Absolutely! Because we keep such a wide selection of amazing jewelry in stock, it's kind of impossible for us to have it all listed here. If you're looking for something specific, or would like something you've seen here but in a different size or material, etc. feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to work with you!

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING OR PICKUP?

All orders shipped within the United States are sent via USPS, and are shipped within 2 - 4 business days from when you placed your order and can take up to one additional week to reach their destination.

We can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by the occasionally unreliable USPS. If such is the case, please email Danny at coldsteelusa@gmail.com, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Curbside pickup is available between 12 - 8pm every day, and can generally be ready within an hour. Please wear your mask when you arrive at the studio.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE US?

We sure do, though at this time we do not recommend it - because of COVID-19 there have been massive delays with items being shipped outside the US. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class within 2 - 4 business days. Depending on where you exist in the world, it can take longer than the standard one week for domestic shipping. For example, packages to Australia can take up to 6 weeks! Although we do everything we can to ensure a speedy delivery, once we ship it, it’s up to USPS and your country's postal system. If you’d like to pay more for USPS Priority shipping that comes with insurance and tracking, just contact us and we’d be happy to help you with that.

Shipping prices are calculated during the check-out process and are based on your location. Customs and import duties may be applied to your order when it reaches its destination. Cold Steel America is not responsible for these fees.

MY JEWELRY BROKE, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

This doesn’t happen often, but if it does contact us immediately! Most issues such as stones discoloring, cracking or falling out of settings; pins on threadless ends breaking off; threads on threaded posts and ends stripping, or materials tarnishing/degrading are covered by lifetime guarantees offered by our manufacturers and can often be repaired or replaced.

While many repairs are offered free of cost, if the manufacturer determines that the issue was from daily wear and tear as opposed to manufacturing defects you may be responsible for paying for your piece(s) to be brought back to their original beauty. This is something we’ll help determine before any payment is taken.

In the case of lost components, unfortunately we can’t repair what we don’t have - so do your best to track down whatever piece has been damaged!
